Numbering: Change how to mark the most recent move.

Mark Next Moves: Choose whether to show next moves (a b c) or alternate moves (A B C).

Insert: Insert a single move or a pair of moves in middle of the game.

Delete: Delete a single move or the whole current branch.

Make Main Line: Promote the current branch to be the main line of play. Use this when you've accidentally created a variation while entering your game.

Pass: Play a pass move.

Resign: Resign the game, record the result in the game info.

Mark positions with a hotspot or checkmark. Mark moves as good (!) or bad (?).
